General Conditions
These terms and conditions and any additional terms on the site constitute the entire agreement between AntiNoise Technologies srl and you in relation to your use of the site. The failure of AntiNoise Technologies srl to require performance of any provision at any time shall not affect the right to require such performance at any other time; nor shall the waiver by AntiNoise Technologies srl of any breach of any provision be deemed to be a waiver of that provision. Any waiver by AntiNoise Technologies srl must be in writing to be effective. Any cause of action with respect to your use of the site may only be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arose. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Warranty Conditions, or part thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless be valid to the maximum extent permissible so as to reflect the intent of this agreement and the other warranty conditions shall nevertheless remain valid and fully enforceable. These Warranty Conditions are governed by Italian law without reference to any conflicts of international law.
